We use the one concept approach, which means you get one logo design. This takes pressure away from you, makes the decision process less overwhelming and puts your trust in us that we'll only provide what we believe is the best solution.

We can absolutely get a logo design done for you in a day! That said, it will also mean less collaboration, brand assets (if any) and little to no room for any revisions. If you find you'd like more to your brand foundation at the end of our day, we can always book another (or more!).

Unless the project requires a super hands on approach - not really. We just need you or someone from your team to be accessible while we provide you any updates and/or if we have any questions, need access to something etc. You really get to just kick back and chill out or work on another project for your biz.

Nope! There are a couple of clients we work with that prefer to work along side us in the same room/space, but 99% of the time we're in different spaces or time zones. We really try to make this as easy as possible and stress free for you (and everyone, really).

We do not do any hosting or regular website maintenance outside of VIP days. We'll help you get your domain configured so it points to your site. The platforms we work in are mainly Showit and Squarespace. Squarespace does offer hosting, however we don't recommend putting all your eggs in one basket (should the site go hostage or the platform go down). Instead we recommend using a third party like Go Daddy or Google Domains. Showit does not do any domain hosting at this time.

Yes! We're all about freeing up brain space AND empowering our clients. That's why we love using Showit and Squarespace, it's very accessible for our clients to go in and make any changes like swapping out photos, updating copy or duplicating a web page template.
